В червні, на одному із об’єктів компанії Укрнафта в Бориславі, Комітет провів виїзне засідання щодо стану та перспектив нафтовидобутку в Україні. Тоді Головою Комітету Андрієм Герусом була запропонована ідея, щоб збудувати сонячну електростанцію на одному із закладів охорони здоров’я в межах соціальної підтримки регіону, де Компанія веде свою діяльність.
Керівництво Компанії Укрнафта підтримало пропозицію Андрія Геруса. Укрнафта виділила кошти в розмірі 1 млн грн для встановлення сонячних панелей на даху міської лікарні в Бориславі. Решту коштів – близько 835 тис грн, було дофінансовано з міського бюджету. Кошти міста було виділено на встановлення акумуляторних батарей.
Вже в січні СЕС, потужністю 30 кВт, було введено в експлуатацію. Також сонячну електростанцію було укомплектовано акумуляторною батареєю емністю 40 кВт-год.
За словами Голови Комітету Андрія Геруса, для міста це вкрай корисний та фінансово вигідний проект.
По-перше, лікарня забезпечена альтернативним джерелом електроенергії. Із врахуванням наявності установок по зберіганню енергії, лікарня може 4-5 годин забезпечувати себе електроенергією в разі її відсутності.
По-друге, при сприятливих погодних умовах, СЕС здатна повністю забезпечувати лікарню електроенергією та ще і віддавати її у мережу. Тоді вже не буде необхідності її закуповувати із мережі. Це суттєва економія коштів, які можна використовувати на інші потреби, наприклад, на розвиток медичних закладів. Очікується, що за час роботи СЕС позитивний фінансовий ефект для міста складе понад 10 млн грн.
«Борислав це колискова нафтової галузі України, Компанія із задоволенням підтримала цей проект. Також ми мали для цього можливість, адже Укрнафта в 2023 році отримала рекордний прибуток за усю історію існування Компанії, та, головне, ми мали бажання підтримати регіон, де здійснювати видобуток нафти», - сказав директор ПАТ «Укрнафта» Сергій Корецький.
An SPP Was Installed on the Roof of the Boryslav City Hospital in Lviv Oblast
In June, the Committee held an on-site meeting at an Ukrnafta company’s facility in Boryslav to discuss the state and prospects of oil production in Ukraine. At that time, the Committee’s Head Andrii Gerus came up with the idea of building a solar power plant at one of the health care facilities within the framework of social support of the region where the Company operates.
The management of the Ukrnafta Company supported the proposal from Andrii Gerus. Ukrnafta allocated funds in the amount of UAH 1 million to install solar panels on the roof of the city hospital in Boryslav. The rest of the required funds, approximately UAH 835,000, came from the city budget. The city funds were allocated for the installation of storage batteries.
Already in January, an SPP with a capacity of 30 kW was put into operation. Also, the solar power plant was equipped with a 40 kWh battery.
According to the Committee’s Head Andrii Gerus, this is an extremely useful and financially beneficial project for the city.
First, the hospital has been provided with an alternative source of electric power. Due to the availability of energy storage facilities, the hospital can provide itself with electricity for 4-5 hours in case of power outages.
Second, under favorable weather conditions, the SPP can fully supply the hospital with electricity and also feed it into the grid. In that case, there will no longer be a need to purchase it from the grid. A significant amount of funds will thus be saved, with the possibility to use them for other needs, e.g. for the development of medical facilities. It is expected that during the operation of the SPP the positive financial effect for the city will amount to more than UAH 10 million.
“Boryslav is the cradle of the oil industry of Ukraine; the Company was glad to support this project. Moreover, we had the opportunity to do so, for in 2023 Ukrnafta earned the highest profit in its entire history; and, most importantly, we had the desire to support the region where oil is produced,” said Serhii Koretskyi, Director of Ukrnafta PJSC.
